En el año 2002, Daniel Chavez Morán y Grupo Vidanta crearon la Fundación Delia Morán A.C. en honor de la querida maestra de la comunidad que dedicó su vida a ayudar a niños Mexicanos a sobrevivir la constante batalla que enfrentan contra la pobreza y la ignorancia. En cada destino donde Grupo Vidanta construye sus desarrollos, hogares de refugio para esos niños se han establecido.
La compañía también contribuye a las comunidades locales de varias formas, entre ellas donando comida, ropa, refugio, educación y también servicios médicos y sicológicos. La meta principal de esta fundación es asegurar que estos niños crezcan en un ambiente saludable, mientras afilan las habilidades necesarias para ser miembros responsables y productivos de la sociedad. In 2002, Fundacion Delia Moran A.C. was created by Daniel Chavez Moran in honor of a beloved community teacher that dedicated her life to helping Mexican children survive the constant battle many face with poverty and ignorance. In each location where Grupo Vidanta properties are built, shelter homes for children have been or will be established.
